Summary

This privacy policy describes how ByteSized Crew utilizes, collects, and discloses personal information about users.

For convenience, ByteSized Crew may be simply referred to as “us” or “the organization.” The user of the applications may be referred to as “you.” Concerns regarding the lead developer of all of the ByteSized Crew projects may be referred to as “my”, “me” or “I.” All projects may be referred to as “the website.” Third party services utilized by the app may be referred to as “they” but may not refer to the specific service being utilized. The California Consumer Privacy Act may be referred to simply as “the act.”

Information Collected

In most websites, information about you is collected from the point of access to the website or an account creation. For projects by ByteSized Crew, this is intentionally avoided in many situations. All projects as of November 22nd, 2025 do not require an account in order to access the site. The information retained by the visitor to the site is simply a head count that may be seen at api.bytesizedcrew.com. The sites do not utilize cookies created by me, the lead developer.

If you send email communication to us, we will have access to the message and any attachments of that email and we may retain it for future reference.

Payment information for any of the purchasable content of the websites is submitted and processed by a third party payment processor. This payment processor handles transactions with our websites on our behalf. They may collect information such as a billing address and financial information such as a credit or debit card number which would not be accessible by the websites created by ByteSized Crew. For more information regarding information collected by the third party payment processor, please refer to their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy linked to their payment windows.

Surveys and questionnaires may be created on occasion to access the utility of the websites and any information submitted may be retained for future reference.

Information submitted outside of the websites such as comments on a social media post related to the website or developers will be considered public. For more information, please refer to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of those entities.

Some information is collected automatically such as the volume of traffic to the public facing website or the number of accounts held on the app. An example of this is the IP address and user settings for understanding such traffic volume.

How we Use your Information

Information about you is used for various purposes such as:

• Contact you
• Processing payments by the third party vendor
• Communicate with you regarding changes to the websites or apps

Disclosing Information

Information retained about you may only be shared with a third party payment service. All other data generated by you are stored on your own device, are not submitted to our server, and are not accessible by ByteSized Crew. No telemetry data is collected.

Child Information

This app is created for the use of general audiences and is not intended for children. Any information collected of the child without parental permission will be deleted upon discovery.

California Residents

The state of California requires the disclosure of the purpose of personal information retention and categories of third parties that we share or sell your information to. This is in accordance to the California Consumer Privacy Act. Regarding both of these measures within the act, we only share your financial information such as a billing address and credit or debit card information with a third party payment processor. This information is not sold for any purpose and is not accessible on ByteSized Crew’s web server. The payment processor may retain this information in accordance to their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Please refer to their documentation listed on their payment platform.

All other information is not shared or sold to any entity and is solely used by the apps at your discretion.
